Our professional staff share the intention of addressing the individual needs and interests of each student within a peaceful, healing environment. All of our teachers are Certified and Nationally Registered with Yoga Alliance and share a common dedication to their own personal practice.
Our studio is well equipped, well lighted, and well ventilated to the outdoors! We offer 600 sq. feet of carpeted floor space in our main studio and another 300 sq. feet in our private training studio for one-on-one yoga, meditation and massage therapy.
Offering a wide variety of classes, workshops, retreats and trainings, Yoga Motion allows you to explore and expand your own personal relationship with Yoga. We are pleased to facilitate your journey towards enriching your health and well being in body, mind and spirit.
